Villas at Bellagio, is located in the heart of Scottsdale Arizona.   There are numerous shops, restaurants and recreation activities just a short 1.5 mile walk or ride away, into the desirable Old Town area. Also in walking distance are the Coronado and Continental Golf Courses. Both the Osborn Park and Scottsdale Stadium, spring training home of the Giants, are nearby.   

 

The community is a 66 unit development of two and three bedroom homes, ranging from 1088 to 1437 square feet built in two phases in 1997 & 2000.  Units have either a one and two car garage depending on floor plan.   You enter and exit through an automated gate entry.  There is two community pools and spas, desert type landscape, two areas for grilling or chilling and guest parking on a first come first serve basis.
